1. Who we are

Pratham.Life is a connected healthcare platform operated by Softhard Metatech (“we”, “us”). We are the data fiduciary for the personal data processed through the platform.

2. Information we collect

• Account & identity: name, mobile number, ABHA / health ID.
• Health information you or your providers share: records, lab reports, prescriptions, assessments.
• Guardianship details, where you manage a dependent.
• Usage and device data needed to run the service securely.

3. How we use your information

To provide the service, structure your records into a single history, assist your clinician with decision support, and send reminders you opt into. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Consent & your control (DPDP & ABDM)

We process health data on the basis of your consent, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the ABDM consent framework. You can review or withdraw consent at any time, which stops further sharing.

5. Data residency & security

Your data is stored and processed in India. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Every record carries its source (provenance).

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request erasure of your data, withdraw consent, and nominate a representative, subject to applicable medical-record retention laws. Contact our Grievance Officer to exercise these rights.

7. Sharing

We share data with your clinicians and providers per your consent, with service providers under contract, and where required by law. We never share data for advertising.

8. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal and clinical-record obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

9. Children & guardians

A verified guardian manages a minor's data; control transitions to the individual when they reach adulthood.
